"Liked this recipe and the finished product looks really good. I used coconut oil instead of shortening in the chocolate dipping sauce. Coconut oil is better for you and it stays with the theme of the cookies. Macadamia nut oil would work also."

"I used Brown rice and asian red rice(need our whole grains) not the white rice. Grated fresh ginger made the dish pop. This is very tasty and I'll make it again."

Liked this recipe and the finished product looks really good. I used coconut oil instead of shortening in the chocolate dipping sauce. Coconut oil is better for you and it stays with the theme of the cookies. Macadamia nut oil would work also.
