"These scones were easy to make! :) I guess that's why the word EASY is in the title, eh? :) Ok, one thing... once everything is in the bowl and dough is starting to form... Forget the spoon! The only way to get all that flour and such into your disc is to use your hands and squish it in. When I made the glaze I used orange juice instead of milk. It carried the orange flavour a little further and tied in with the orange juice & peel already in the scones. Next time I make this I might try soaking the dried cranberries in hot water for 30 minutes to add a touch more moisture. I didn't give this recipe 5 spoons as I found they tasted like whole wheat bread when eaten alone without any butter/margarine. I recommend adding the oleo unless eating plain whole wheat bread is your thing. :)"
