Old-Fashioned Oven Beef Stew
"This is always awesome and gets eaten up pretty quickly. The first time I made it my fiance said it was like something his grandmother used to make. I shop at a Wal-Mart super center and they always carry the frozen veggies for this. :) Super easy to just throw everything in and leave in the oven."

Guacamole
"I'm not a big guacamole fan but my fiance and my mother are. I made this for them and a big bowl lasted maybe one or two days. It is easy to throw together and my fiance just raves about it. This is definitely a keeper recipe! :)"

Impossibly Easy Oktoberfest Pie
"I made this for my fiance and he loved it. My mother actually ate two pieces as well but other than that, my fiance ate the whole thing, he couldn't stay away from it! I used 3 Polish sausages but next time I will use the whole pack. Really easy recipe and it was a huge hit."

Simple Cranberry Sauce
"I read the reviews and took the advice about orange juice. I used the 4 cups of cranberries as the recipe says (I just got fresh bagged ones so there were no stems). I used 1 cup water and 1 cup orange juice. I cut the sugar back to 1 cup. I also added 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. I did the rest as the recipe said and it turned out great! I'm not a big fan of cranberries or cranberry sauce but this was actually good, I liked it. My mother actually likes the canned better though and I think she thought this was ok but she favors the canned. Oh well! This is an easy recipe and it turned out better than expected. :)"

Chicken and Cornbread Stuffing Casserole
"My family could not get enough of this casserole. It's is such a delicious comfort food. I feel kind of guilty because I have to actually double the recipe so we can all get seconds...lol."

Lemon-Chicken Rigatoni with Broccoli
Rating:
This is delicious. I am a very finicky eater and I loved this. It would be a great dish to take for a picnic. It's very fresh and it nice that when you make it you get that wonderful lemon smell from the zest. Yum!
