"This cake was amazing! Non-GF family members didn't have a clue it was gluten free--none of that gritty texture. I added 1/4 cup sour cream as another reviewer suggested--made it moist and delicious. My family prefers this recipe to a local bakery's regular famous carrot cake."

Carrot Cake (Gluten Free)
