"Thanks for this inspiring recipe! I needed to make a quick dinner and wanted something delicious :-). I would have loved to have had all the pre-packaged ingredients which would have made things go faster, but I did have frozen onion and peppers on hand and then cooked my leftover bacon and leftover diced potatoes. Thanks Altantafan for letting me know how many eggs to use. Great dish and was so happy I tried it.. it is the first time I ever made a frittata and feel like you can't really going wrong!"

"Very good! Actually tasted more like fried chicken then I thought. I used chicken breast and cut it into strips. I added salt and pepper and it was great. Will make again. "

"I really enjoyed making this cake. I used my favorite cake recipe which is called perfectly chocolate by Hershey's. therefore it took slightly longer to cook in the bowl then I thought but it was worth it. The cake stayed moist and the coconut was a great touch both for flavor and decoration. I am not good at icing cakes so the coconut hid all my imperfections. I also appreciated the picture of the "before" so it was easier to put together. I was able to use toothpicks and it stayed up. Thank you Betty Crocker for coming up with a fun cake for Easter and making it easy for not so professional bakers like myself!"

"Delicious! Everything was great and I loved the fact of cooking everything first then baking. My only issue was the peppers could have been a tad softer. I will make again but will also cook the peppers too prior to stuffing. Give it a try you won't be disappointed! "

We absolutely loved this dish! It was so rich and creamy. I had some difficulty mixing in all the spinach and used italian bread crumbs. I think next time I would mix everything in a big bowl before placing it in the pan and use panko bread crumbs for a little more crunch. Definitely a keeper and recommend making it to anyone!

I may have done something wrong here, but the cake came out very rubbery although the flavors were good. Perhaps I will try it again to see if I missed something.

This is a really tasty stew. The flavors are great. I used chicken breast instead of thighs because that is what I had on hand. I added flour to make the sauce thicker, but still couldnt get the consistency I was hoping for. I will definitely make it again, however, I think I will add the gravy at the end and perhaps some cream to help make it a little thicker. The best part is I hardly had to any work!

I was very excited to make this and got the chance for mother's day. I did not deviate from the menu for my first time. The whole family loved it! I would have given it 5 spoons but I wanted the potatoes to be a little crunchier and may take the suggestion of one of the other reviewers to cook them a little before hand to give them some crunch! It was easy to make and more fun to eat! Plus I figured out the Weight Watchers current point system at 11 per serving, which is pretty good considering how "rich" the dish is.... I will have to lighten it up though if I wanted to eat it more often.
