This has been my "go to" chicken recipe for at least 20 years.
I changed the prep directions a teeny bit: I put the Bisquick and other coating ingredients into a gallon-size ziploc bag. I add the chicken to the plastic bag - and I use boneless chicken breasts most of the time. I just shake the chicken/Bisquick mixture and take the chicken out and place it in the baking pan with melted margarine and follow backing instructions. (I leave the unused Bisquick mixture in the ziploc bag for easy disposal. :-) This is SO easy to make, and SO delicious!! It's been one of our favorite dinners for many years.
Every so often I get a box that this recipe isn't printed on :-( I'm glad to know I can find it here! (as if it isn't committed to memory! lol)
