"hi jimagee! i often add a small percentage of wheat flour to my white flour recipes as even if you don't detect its presence you get a great increase in flavor! the more you add the more water you'll need to add as the bran in the wheat flour really absorbs"

"hi memeinalabama! i must prefer quick rise because you can add it to the flour without having to proof it and it is so much more reliable. if a recipe calls for quick rise yeast and you only have regular, for 1 teaspoon of quick rise use 1-1/4 teaspoons"
