Skillet Chicken Parmigiana
This is so fast and easy and comes out looking and tasting like you put a lot more effort into it.
I used chicken tenders instead of breasts, which cook faster and make serving sizes more versatile. I used four chicken tenders and about 1/2 the recipe. So 8 would be enough for a whole recipe. Keep the browning time around 10 minutes total, six minutes on side one and four minutes on side two.
I served them over angel hair pasta, which cooks in 2 minutes and can be tossed into boiling water at the same time the pasta sauce is added to the chicken.
