"I used whole wheat tortillas and light sour cream and it was wonderful! I also used green chili enchilada sauce instead of the regular (lower sodium) and it was fantastic. My husband loved it. We had to have seconds! Thanks to others for the "spraying the bottom of the pan" tip."

"I added fresh mushrooms and had ground chicken instead of turkey. My husband and one year old loved this! It was so quick to make, and while I usually use whole wheat noodles, it was a nice break from the ordinary and took no time. Play around with it- add veggies, spices, etc. Good as is, though."

"Great flavor- should have added more red pepper flakes, however. Gets thick REALLY quickly- had to add water. If serving with rice, I would double the sauce. My first Asian dish and I'm really pleased!"

"The dish was looking great until I added all the sour cream! All I tasted was sour cream. Probably only needs a quarter cup of sour cream...and more beef broth. I will try this next time! Sautee the onions and mushrooms in olive oil- not margarine."
