"After the first year I made this, I continually get requests. It is easy and yummy. For the reviewer with the cracking problem, I did have one of mine crack once, and I think that I cooked it a bit too long and did not remove it from my pan fast enough. I would suggest using a thick kitchen towl or even a bathroom handtowl to roll it as this will help hold in moisture as it cools. I also use a pampered chef stoneware jellyroll pan and everything comes out of it cooked wonderfully everytime. I don't know if it will help, but one other thing to make sure is that you are mixing everything adequately and for long enough - actually set your timer while mixing, you'll be surprised at the difference if you have not been mixing long enough!
