"I always use a pound of ground beef, a cup of oats, 1 egg, half diced onion, a couple shakes of garlic squish it all up, shape it and bake at 350 for about 45 min., top with ketchup bak another 10 to 15 min test with meat thermometer and voila MEATLOAF"
