Buttermilk-Raisin Bran Muffins These came out great!!! I am a Weight Watcher so I mixed things up a bit. I used yogurt instead of buttermilk..2- 6 oz. containers, used unsweetened applesauce instead of oil, used the new cinnamon almond Raisin Bran cereal and wheat flour. Made it in a 8 x 8 pan and it's the moistest snack cake. Baked it for 25-30 minutes at the same temp as called for. Mom loved it too!
