"when I first looked at this recipe, I thought you can't make mac & cheese without making a rue first. Well guess what girls, I WAS RIGHT! This whole thing was a dissater and wound up in the trash. I did keep out 2 small dishes of it and gave it to the dogs, a;though I wasn't mad at them. Run the other way, you do not want to try this one. Trust Granny! My pan ans whisk are boiling on the stove as I type this. Hope I don't have to throw them away too.Only is getting one spoon because I have to give it something to post this. "

"season the roast with a touch of thyme ( a little goes a long way) use 2 cans of beef broth and a least a can of water, cook the roast in this woth onions,carrots ,potatoes. SAVE ALL LEFTOVERS. throw all leftovers a freezer bag , then another day cut"
