"I made this dish for my husband and I tonight, and we LOVED it!! We are trying to loose a little "happily married" weight by cooking at home and our first try was a success!! We only cooked ours for a total of 45 min, but it was moist and tasty!! I wish the potatoes had cooked a little longer- but even that wasn't bad!! Enjoy!! :) "
