"This was a great meal! I didn't add the shrimp, but found this to be a filling/tasty meal. My kids didn't like the tomatoes, but my husband and I did. The veggies in this add a nice flavor to everything. Definately a make again!"

"This is a great recipe! I had heavy cream, so I looked up the substitute: half heavy cream/half milk to make up the 3/4 cup of half and half called for in the recipe. It took a few more minutes to cook mine to get the center to set up. I used shredded pineapple."

"I didn''t have the baker''s chocolate, but did the cocoa/shortening substitute for the chocolate found in my "emergency substitutions" list. They turned out okay. I''ll make them again, but will try the actual chocolate that the recipe calls for. My hubby really liked them as he like baked goods with oatmeal in them."

"These were very good and easy too since it''s doctoring up a box mix. I made these and another batch of brownies that I made completely from scratch, and I liked these better. I did not use the peanuts on top. The frosting didn''t want to set up too well, but maybe if you put them in the fridge to set, that would be better."

"I added double the chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of skim milk, and applesauce in equal proportions for the oil. I also used Splenda for the sugar, and the healthy heart bisquick. very yummy. will definately make again as my family loved them!"

I love these bars! I made them with a boxed brownie mix, and they turned out great. Please be careful with the peppermint extract as even 2-3 drops extra makes for a too-strong peppermint taste. Very yummy!

This salad was nice with lasagna. I wanted an all vegetable salad without meat or cheese in it, and this definitely fit the bill. I found the dressing amount to be nice, and I''m not one who likes salad soaked in dressing.

I love this recipe. I found it when trying to spice up a hamburger helper recipe. A good way to have a one dish dinner!

I make these with regular mushrooms. Be careful when making with regular mushrooms as you''ll easily have to much filling left over! When I have extra filling, I just add it to the pan and bake it because who wouldn''t love a little extra baked cheese?

I make a variation I created that my son loves: teddy grahams, dried cherries, and regular M&Ms. Always a hit. Be sure to store in an airtight container as the crackers dry out quickly.
