Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas
I made this with 1 can (12.5 oz) of Swanson's white premium chunk chicken breast. It shreds easily. This is about 1.5 cups. The recipe calls for 2 cups, but I had plenty of chicken to fill all 10 tortillas. I used a grocery store brand of chicken enchilada soup because I couldn't find Progresso.
Other than those modifications I followed the rest of the recipe as written.
It was so cheesy and delicious. Super easy and so quick.
I will definitely make this again.
