"This sounds so good and easy to lighten up with lite sour cream and 2% milk cheese. Has anyone tried adding a veggie like green beans or peas to the chicken mixture?"

"We've been making this for over a year now and it has amazing flavor for such a simple recipe. I use both red and orange bell peppers and omit the mushrooms. We like Ken’s Lite Balsamic Dressing and find it’s better if you marinate the chicken and veggies (separately of course) for several hours before assembling kabobs. What makes this a meal is to serve it with Zataran’s Rice Pilaf. The sweet bell peppers, tangy marinade, and fragrant rice complement each other perfectly! It’s also good with strip steak, bell peppers, and mushrooms."

"Those who live in glass houses, especially ones without dictionaries, should not throw stones. Thanks for the clarification on the maple extract. I thought 1 TBS sounded like a lot so I wasn't sure. I can't wait to make these. They sound absolutely delicious! Congrats to the winner!"
