"I made these for our annual Halloween party and for a work potluck and they were a hit. Instead of making 24 brownies cupcakes, I made 18 and they were a lot more substantial. I think in order to make 24 you would need to make the cupcakes really thin."

Trick-or-Treat Brownie Cupcakes

I made these for our annual Halloween party and for a work potluck and they were a hit. Instead of making 24 brownies cupcakes, I made 18 and they were a lot more substantial. I think in order to make 24 you would need to make the cupcakes really thin.
