What is your favorite $10 and under meal?
"Not sure if this is under $10.00, but I was able to stretch six chicken breasts(on sale for $1.29 lb.) into three meals for the four of us this week. [:D] I boiled chicken for chicken and dumplings (Bisquick of course) and used the rest to make up a huge"

I need a recipe for easy chicken enchilada's or fajita's
"I set up a little station with chicken broth in a sauce pan, cheese, minced onions, shreded chicken, green chilis and corn tortillas. rolling as I go and put in pan with enchilada suace topped with cheese. For seasoning I use Cayenne, onion salt, pepper"

Help! How long does the Ham strata have to sit.
"My husband has graciously put together the strata http://www.bettycrocker.com/recipes/recipe.aspx?recipeID=46247&Source=SearchResultPage&terms=ham But now he calls me and said it has to sit for four hours. Can we bump that up by about 3 hours"

Re: Freezing Mini Banana Breads
"I have had good success with freezing larger banana-nut and zucchini breads for nearly 3 months, but you'll want to wrap as soon as they cool to room temp in plastic wrap(I wrap mine twice) followed by foil. Put the smaller loaves in large freezer bag"
