"So good, I kept thinking about it the next day. Served simply over mixed greens, cucumbers, and grape tomatoes. I substituted the dijon with Raspberry Wasabi mustard (YUM!) and used a raspberry vinaigrette. This is a simple, fast, and healthy recipe that offers room for experimentation."

"An excellent base recipe for nights you want to put together something fast. Add or subtract ingredients depending on what's in the refrigerator. I cut up some grape tomatoes, and my other 3 ingredients were from jars, so the preparation was almost non-existant: sweet basil, roasted red peppers, vidalia onions. I think I'll add spicy mustard next time. Portions were perfect for 2 people (but that probably depends on your concept of a portion)."

"This is a keeper both with the dumplings and without. It is super easy, and very tasty. Just don''t overdo the dumplings as they soak up the stew. I used the Betty Crocker Heart Smart Bisquick- -a great find."
