"This is a very delicious dish and a favorite of mine & my husband. I have found that an Amber Bock beer yields the best flavor. I also only use 3-4 onions depending on the size of the roast. I thicken the juices with cornstarch and it makes a rich gravy. Absolutely one of the best recipes on this site!!!"

"I made this tonight and my husband and I enjoyed it. It was very quick and easy. Could have used a bit more flavor for me, so I will sprinkle on some balsamic vinegar with the dressing next time and add more tomatoes & cheese."

"THIS IS A REALLY EASY AND TASTY RECIPE FOR SALMON. MY HUSBAND LOVES IT AND CAN EAT THE YOGURT SAUCE BY ITSELF. I USE THE HONEY GREEK YOGURT TO CUT DOWN ON THE TARTNESS OF THE YOGURT. IT IS JUST ABOUT THE ONLY WAY WE PREPARE SALMON NOW :-)"

"This is a great tasting recipe and easy to prepare. My husband and i love the taste combination of the Greek yogurt with the dill and lemon. I add a little bit of honey to it to help with some of the tanginess. "

"I MADE THIS LAST NIGHT AND MY HUSBAND & SON REALLY LIKED IT. I THOUGHT IT WAS PRETTY GOOD BUT WASN'T OVERLY IMPRESSED. I USED BONELESS, SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS. THE BREADING STUCK TO THE BOTTOM OF MY GLASS DISH WHEN I TRIED TO REMOVE THE CHICKEN AND LIKE THE REVIEW BELOW MINE, IT DIDN'T LOOK ANYTHING LIKE THE PIC. I GIVE IT 4 SPOONS BECAUSE MY FAMILY LIKED THE TASTE SO MUCH. WILL MAKE THIS RECIPE AGAIN BUT WILL TRY SOME SORT OF MODIFICATION TO HELP WITH THE BREADING. I'M ALSO GOING TO TRY THE OVEN FRIED PICNIC CHICKEN TO SEE IF IT IS BETTER."
