Barbecue Beef and Corn Shepherd's Pie
"My children really liked this but for "mom and dad" it was to big of a BBQ sauce taste. The next time I make it (and the kids have already requested it) I'll cut some of the BBQ sauce and add tomato sauce instead."

Really, really good and super easy. The only complaint I got was that there wasn't more!

Beef-Pesto Panini
Rating:
These were really tasty and so easy to make. I used my George Forman grill to cook them and they were great! My kids and I had a great time making them assembly line style. We made some following this recipe and some Ham with stone ground mustard and cheddar.

My family really liked this and since I made it with low-fat sausage and brown rice, it was friendly to my Weight Watchers program.

30-Minute Mini Meat Loaves
Rating:
I love the concept of the mini meatloaves, but my whole family found this recipie much to sweet. Leaving out the brown sugar, as other reviews said they did, may help, but I think I'll stick with the Lipton Onion Soup mix recipie and just make them into mini's.

Raspberry Thumbprint Cookies
Rating:
This cookie was yummy and looked pretty on my holiday cookie plates. Truthfully, I didn't bother with the white chocolate and just used 2 tubes of store bought white icing instead. My little girl had fun helping me decorate. I'll make them again next year.
