"Very tasty! I messed up though and didn't have black beans when I thought I did. No big deal--I used Kidney Beans and it turned out great. I added shredded chicken to mine. I also used whole wheat tortillas. I smeared fat-free refried beans on the tortilla before filling it with the mixture. I baked and also broiled the top. Would make again for certain!"

"This was very good. I skipped the olives because of personal preference. I found the tomatoes were tough to chop, so instead I quickly cut them in my mini processor. I also decided to add red pepper flakes for a bit of zip. I think this might be good next time with a little mozzarella cheese added to the top with the feta. Yum! So good!"

"Very tasty! I've never had a bad portabella dish and this one is now added to my new favorites. There's just enough flavor in these especially from the feta, that it is very tasty on a bland whole-grain bread or served on rice. Yum!"

"This was a very fun recipe to make. Everyone at our Luau loved them. I did not think they had enough spice though, so I made my recipe a little hotter by adding Cayenne pepper. Next time I make it I also plan on skipping the Cilantro. I'm not a huge fan of it...either I'd skip it or use much less. As far as serving, we had a buffet line, so I did not prescoop them. I set out the cups and dip next to eachother and had people scoop on their own."

The recipe was pretty good, but not anything amazing. It is certainly an easy meal and I would probably make it again in the future.

I thought this recipe was very good. It wasn''t overly amazing, but it definetly made me want seconds! I added some cilantro to my stew, canned green mild chiles and one can of Spanish Rice. The stew had some nice kick. I also made cornbread to help with the spice, which made it a nice duo.

This was a very nice meal. I would serve it though with wild rice. I also sauteed some slivered almonds and added fresh parmesan cheese on top....AMAZING!!
