"I'm not a meatloaf fan but my partner is so I surprised him with this. He loved it. I liked it (hey, it's still meatloaf!) but I will definitely make it again. It's very easy. The only drawback was the spinach...it turned slimy in the leftover phase of its life. Next time we'll invite the whole family so leftovers won't be a problem!"
