Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Fajitas
"Wow, this is so delicious. I added a few more peppers, which I fried before throwing them in the pot ... and it was just phenomenal. Also, this recipe yields A LOT, which is great, and it freezes well, which is EVEN better. Will not disappoint!"

Slow Cooker Salsa Chili
"This was SO delicious! I also doubled the recipe, and followed BettyTH's advice (below), except that I did not use tomato soup. That would've made it wayyy too watery. Stick with tomato sauce. But DO make this recipe ... you will NOT regret it! Yumm!"

Sesame Pea Pods
"This was yummy. I can see this working for many other types of vegetables, too; I only used peppers, and lots of them, since I'm not a snow-pea fan, and it worked out really well. Delicious!"

Light Lemon-Sesame Chicken
Rating:
This was simply delicious, and easy to make, too! The only changes I made were the following: I used ground black pepper instead of paprika, and a little more sesame seeds. Oh yeah, I didn't use "toasted" sesame seeds (couldn't find them), so I just used regular, i guess "un-toasted". Tasted great; next time i'll use a little more sesame (I loved it!)

Slow Cooker Apricot-Glazed Carrots
Rating:
These were BY FAR the best carrots i've ever eaten, and my husband couldn't agree more. Unfortunately, ate so much of them that one night, i don't think i'll ever be able to eat them again! Soo good. Will reccommend recipes to friends... as long as i'm not invited for dinner. YUMMY!

Healthified Stuffed Chicken Parmesan

This was absolutely delicious. I didn't really use the organic stuff, but i can't imagine it changing the calorie count... and it's sooooo filling, too. My husband loved it! Will definately make again!

Slow Cooker Upside-Down Chicken Pot Pie
Rating:
This was... SO GOOD! Oh my god, just absolutely delicious. I used 1 can of chicken gravy, 1 can of C. of Mushroom, added some chicken broth (since I used breasts instead of thighs) and some garlic salt+powder. DELICIOUS (and easy, too!)

Pesto-Chicken Sandwiches
Rating:
These were soooo good, but, I made a few modifications. I friend both celery AND onion together, and added pesto to taste ( i think i used more than was recommended in the recipe). I mixed the lettuce with oil AND parmesan. Also, I used garlic naan bread instead of pizza crusts - i know, it sounds weird, but it all worked out really well. It tasted great, and was extremely filling! Delicious!
