Slow Cooker Peach Cobbler
"Haven't tried this yet but plan to this weekend. For those of you who find too much moisture on the crock pot lid - place layers of paper towels under the lid to absorb the moisture & prevent it from dripping down onto the cobbler thus making it soggy. I always use paper towels when I make a cake in the crock so would probably work here as well."

Classic Chicken Pot Pie
"YUMMY!!! Very similar to mine except I make my chicken broth with Better than Bouillon & hot water and I like a small amount of sage in my filling. Pot pie just isn't pot pie without a nice flaky double crust! I also use canned mixed veggies sometimes in place of the thawed out frozen ones. "

Impossibly Easy Taco Pie
"I use 1/2 can drained rotels instead of the chilies, decrease the milk to 1/2 cup, increase the Bisquick to 3/4 cup and add 1/4 c. mexican white cheese from a jar (queso)to the meat mix. I serve sour cream, chopped tomatoes, salsa & olives on the side. YUM!!"

Bacon Cheeseburger Wellingtons
"Loved it and rate it on taste, ease of prep, etc. I wish those who don't want to try a recipe due to fat, sodium or other content reasons would just move on instead of making bad comments or giving low ratings on something you DIDN'T EVEN TRY! Recipes do NOT have to be followed exact but can be adjusted or made healthier but not everyone cares to do that. Rate & comment on the recipe turnout not on your individual need or dislike; especially if you don't even try it."

Creamy Tomato Soup with Grilled Cheddar-Basil Sandwiches
Rating:
Enjoyed the soup but didn't try the sandwich yet. Reviews are supposed to be about the food (taste, apprearance, easy of prep, etc). The nutritional info is there for those who need it but the review is NOT for posts about "oh my how much fat, carbs, etc is in this". If it's not for you, then move on to a different recipe. That's why the info is there! As for me, I like to try a recipe at least once and if I like it, then look for ways to make it healthier if I can. If you use fresh grated or shaved parmesan in this you can cut the amount down for it has a much stronger flavor than a can of grated. As far as the whipping cream, after following the recipe the 1st time, I may try using reduced fat 1/2 & 1/2 or evaporated milk instead. Who knows but I would review the soup & sandwich, not the nutritional content.
