"I changed a few things; beef tips, added salsa and dice tomatoes, no bell pepper, added a can of corn, instead of kidney beans I used chile beans.. Plus, I cooked in my crock pot. It is delicious. My wife said it was a 12 on a 1-10 scale. I started with the beef tips and salsa in the crock pot for a hour. Then added the rest of the ingredients before a few hours cooking. "

"I fixed this tonite except I cooked it in the oven. Very easy to prepare and very delicious. I think next time I'll add some water chestnuts and sesame oil."
