Maple-Walnut Shortbread Cookies
I don't know why, but it tasted salty. I tasted it again after it was dipped in chocolate, still not so good. They looked as yummy as the picture did. Picture perfect, but no on the taste. Won't be keeping this recipe!

Cinnamon Swirl Cookies
I love to make cookies that look good as well as taste good. I never make snicker doodles because they look so borring. This is bascily a snickerdoodle that looks adorable. A little more work, but worth it. I rolled out snake shapes like the directions said. It gives it more of a cinnabun look I wanted. This will definitley get attention at a cookie exchange!

White Chocolate Chunk-Macadamia Cookies
First time making these and they came out just right. The dough is kind of dry, but I used a cookie scoop to make them and flattened them out a bit. I wanted them big! They tasted and looked great!

New-Fashioned Peanut Butter Cookies
Normally I can care less about PB cookies, but I thought I'd try these because I wanted to use the cake mix. I added super chunk peanut butter and dipped them half way in chocolate and didn't add the classic fork print to them. They looked and tasted great. I will be making this recipe again!

Spumoni Chunk Cookies
I just had some good spumoni icecream for dessert at a popular Italian place. So when I saw this I had to try it. I added chopped maraschino cherries, because thats what was in the icecream. I added a little flour because the cherries added moisture and made the dough sticky (and kind of pink.) They turned out great! Next time I will keep the pistachios whole and only cut the cherries in half to keep it chunky like the icecream! Most original cookie ever!

I tried the biscotti recipe and it is way better as a cookie! Too sweet for biscotti and perfect for a cookie. I've also made this recipe using butterscotch pudding and butterscotch chips! So very good! I plan on using cheesecake pudding with white chips and lemon pudding with dried blueberries and chocolate pudding with chocolate chips. I have a feeling it will turn out great! This is the best cookie recipe to use your imagination with!!
