"I cooked this for my family, who include a meat & potatoes husband, picky 4-year old, and 1-year old. Needless to say, they all loved it! I did not include as much salsa as it called for so my kids woudn't think it was spicy. It ended up being perfect!"

I cooked this for my family, who include a meat & potatoes husband, picky 4-year old, and 1-year old. Needless to say, they all loved it! I did not include as much salsa as it called for so my kids woudn't think it was spicy. It ended up being perfect!
