Salted Dulce de Leche Swirl Brownies
I have to agree with BucKar. NEVER EVER boil an unopened can of anything! It could explode and cause serious injury. Instead, open the can and cook the sweetened condensed milk in the top of a double boiler. I don't have one, so I just put a larger saucepan half filled with water on bottom and a smaller pot on top with the condensed milk. Cook it until it reaches a nice caramel color, about an hour, stirring occasionally. I use this method to make the toffee for Banoffee pie and it works great and most of all is SAFE!
