"Something seemed to be missing. These muffins were dense and had an odd flavor. I did make a couple of substitutions, however, which may have affected the result. I used strawberries rather than raspberries. I skipped the nutmeg (not a big fan) and added some mini chocolate chips."

"I''m not a salad fanatic, but I was surprised at the blend of flavors of this salad and how good it tasted. I had in-laws over and they all loved it and were impressed at how easy it was. This is now one of the dishes in my rotation to bring to get-togethers with family and friends because of the flavor and ease of preparation. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!"

"Excellent!! The chocolate was fluffy and creamy, it was a great mixture of flavor- -nothing stood out too much. My husband & brother-in-law who don''t like coffee loved this dessert. I didn''t have chocolate syrup, so I melted some chocolate chips with a little of the cream and used that instead. Yummy!"
