Caramels
"I made these and used a candy thermometer. I found they were kinda hard when trying to eat them. Next time I will omit the thermometer and try for the water method. I had no issue with them being wrapped in wax paper."

Caramel-Apple Pie
"This was my first fruit pie to make and it was great. I used granny smith apples. They tasted really nice in it. I found that the pie was a little on the runny side, but no one cared. Everyone ate it all up. I also served it with vanilla ice cream. It was a big hit!"

Pudding Fruit Salad
"Made this and had no leftovers! It says serves 9, but 6 people ate it all. I used the fruit suggested in the recipe, but I think any fruit of choice would work well with this recipe. "

Sparkling Strawberry-Lemonade Slush
"These were fantastic! I made them for my sisters birthday party. I made a total of 3 batches and we almost went through it all. I had to use regular minute maid lemonade, but did get organic strawberries. I also opted for lemon-lime soda. Very yummy! Only recommendation is since there is not much liquid that goes into the blender I would let the strawberries defrost just a little so it is not as hard to blend."

Fruity Fro-Yo Fun Bars
Rating:
Made these last night. They are creamy which I love! The strawberry has a nice taste to it, but I thought the lime was a little too weak. Next time I would want to try a bold flavor with the strawberry. The trix I wanted to omit from the get go, but my husband convinced me to keep them in. Some people may like them, but I tried it and then ate around them. He said next time he would prefer it without them. All in all, good, but not great.

Crème Brûlée Cheesecake Bars
Rating:
Disappointed in them. They taste good, but I was expecting a more creme brulee flavor. Not there on this one (atleast my husband and I dont think so). Great to try but not what I like.

Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas
Rating:
These are so- yummy! I shredded my own chicken (which I boiled with garlic, chili powder, paprika, and cumin). Gave it a little more depth. I could not find the Progresso soup anywhere (bummer!), but I did find the fiesta Nacho cheese. I used that instead and it added a GREAT kick but I found it tasted a little too processed. I might only to one can next time or do a cheese soup can and then the nacho. Either way. My husband LOVED LOVED LOVED them. I also made the Easy Spanish Rice recipe to go along with them and it was wonderful too.

Easy Spanish Rice
Rating:
My husband and I LOVED the rice. This was my first time making it and what a breeze it was. The only thing I say is watch the rice while it is cooking, because mine was finished in 20 minutes from simmering (like normal rice though) instead of the 30 minutes that the recipe suggests. This tastes so--- much better than store bought packaged Spanish Rice. Will make again!!! I paired this with the cheesy chicken enchiladas, also yummy!!!

Bacon Cheeseburger Wellingtons
Rating:
My husband loved these. I actually didnt care for them too much. They were super easy to make, but just not for me. If I make them again for my husband I probably would only add half a packet of the au jus.
