This bread has a great mixture of flavors...you can really taste the orange, in spite of the small amount used, relative to the amount of blueberries.
When I first made this, though, I was concerned that maybe I had done something wrong: The batter didn't really "pour" into the pan, as much as I had to "spoon" it in. I also worried: was it going to be too dry?? However, my fears were unfounded. This is one of the best breakfast breads I have ever made, and I am looking forward to giving some away as gifts.
