"I made these at the Nursing Facility where I work. The were a hit with the Residents and Staff. The only thing I will try next time is to use Betty Crocker package sugar cookie mix and use the "ingredients" for the "rolled" instead of the "drop" cookie. I thought the refrigerated cookie dough spread out too much as they were baking. I'm hoping the sugar cookie mix will hold up better during the baking. Overall, well worth the effort. Thank you. "

"I have a recipe for peanut blossoms that I've used for years. This recipe is almost the same, so I'm sure it'll make some good cookies. I made peanut blossoms a few weeks ago and used Betty Crockers' Peanut Butter Cookie mix and turned out some mighty fine "blossoms".I work in a Care Center so I'm always looking for easy ways and recipes for my residents. If you try this hope it works well for you. Thank you. "

"Will definitely try these as I'm a chocoholic and these look like "Double Trouble". Toying around with an idea of using sugar cookie mix and "fruity" rice cereal. Hmmmmm."
