"I used a premade pie crust (Pillsbury or store brand. Instead of baking chocolate I used cocoa, 6 tbls baking cocoa and 3 tbls shortening. 1 cup sugar, 1/2 stick butter or Smart Balance, 1 tsp Vanilla. Once ingredients cooked on med heat. I let cool 10 min. I then take 3 lg eggs whisk them and add to mixture. In a med chilled mixing bowl I add a c. heavy whipping cream turn on mixer on low speed and slowly to med until it forms into peaks, then I fold in the chocolate mixture. I pour the mixture into the pie shell and cool for 3 hrs. Top with Whipped Topping."
