"BIG HIT! This was preferred over Artichoke dip. I made this a day ahead, sealed, stored in fridge. Used whipped cream cheese for easier spreading. REMEMBER: presentation is the half of it...make sure your colored foods are layered & not together."

"Yay me! My brownies were eaten over the other ones! Found cookie cutters @Wal-Mart. For icing use: Ready-To-Use squeezable icing. That made it faster"

"it was good, but I used a marinated artichoke which made it very "tangy". Salt ingredients BEFORE you bake it."

"I served these @ my Bunco party. Everyone commented on them. They started eating them BEFORE my main dish. The critics said it a was the PERFECT sugar cookie w/o the overwhelming flavor of lime. I doubled the batch,for 12 ladies, left out the coconut. Also, after the lime peel, I used kitchen scissors to chop lime peel more. HEY....i'm not an expert in the kitchen AND this recipe is easy enough for ANYONE :) have fun!!"
