"Ummm.... no.... I have done the easy custard blender pie, which is a DREAM. I was weary when this one only called for two eggs while the blender pie calls for 3-4 and a decent amount of milk. And even thought the texture of the batter was a little thick, I thought it would be fine. Ummmmm....no. It's more like a cake or a bread pudding. And since my bananas were extra ripe, the whole "pie" is very sweet. Next time I will add an egg, no sugar and thin it out with a little milk so it's more "custardy.""
