"Surprising combination of flavors! We are new to the world of Indian cuisine, so we enjoyed this dish. At first we were not too sure how cauliflower and sweet potato would be but they seem to blend together. The dish has a surprising kick of flavor, so if you don't have the palate for spicy food, be ware."

"The roast needed more salt to satisfy our taste. We used two cinnamon sticks also. The apricots could have cooked a bit longer too as it was odd to have tender beef, soft poatoes, and the chewy fruit. All of that aside, we like the combination of flavors and the aroma."

"Versatle dish! Two halves by themselves are a very filling meatless main dish. How ever one of the halves is a satisfactory side dish. I open roasted in the oven however the top of the rice filling got a little hardened. The next time we'll grill in the foil packets as per the recipe. Yes, definately a keeper."

"Yum! We make these into cupcake sized servings to control portion sizes. We used a tart tamper to press the cookie crumbs into the cupcake papers. It took about 1/3 cup of batter to fill the papers. We cooked them for 22-25 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Finished the recipe with the toasted pecans, chocolate and carmel."
