"I love this recipe. Simple yet delicious! I topped it with grated Asiago and Romano cheeses. The sharpness of the Asiago really added something to it. Didn't have paprika, put just a touch of cayenne pepper, celery salt and garlic powder as well. Yum!!!!"

"Impossibly Easy Zuccini Pie...We had so much from our garden one year that we made so many pies!!! Yum...my Mom, Gram, Uncle and I each had a job and we made a production line. I must have been 14 and not a big veggie fan until that summer. I still love"
