"I've never actually made these with the chocolate chip cookie layer. I prefer to buy a chocolate brownie mix, preferably with peanut butter cups in it, to use as the base. Then, I layer the cream cheese/PB layer over it and put the melted chocolate on last. It is absolutely divine."
