Louisiana Chicken and Pasta
"Not a bad recipe...the main thing this dish is missing is a sauce. I started out following the recipe but when I got to the end where I added the pasta to the dish, I found it to be dry so I added a little olive oil , some seasoning salt, and some shredded cheese. Then I heated the dish a little more til the cheese melted and it made a big difference!! I also recommend serving garlic bread with this dish."

Savory Chicken and Rice
"I added this recipe to my favorites box! It's so hard to come up with delicious meals when my husband has gerd and a restricted diet. This meal was quick and easy to make, tastes great, and was nice and healthy to eat too. My husband loved this dish and can't wait until I make it again."

Tuna Salad Sandwiches
"This is a great recipe! Fast, quick, and easy. I never would have thought to add lemon juice to tuna but it tastes great! I added chopped up eggs, a hint of mustard, and some chopped dill pickles with a touch of pickle juice to add a boost of flavor and it was delicious! My husband and I ate it up in 2 days."

Grilled White Chicken Pizza with Caramelized Sweet Onions
"This recipe is awesome!!! The only thing I did different is leave out the onions because my husband and I don't like onions. I also cooked the pizza in the oven at 450 degrees for about 10-15 minutes and it was delicious!!! I will definitely make this again."

Seasoned Oven-Roasted Chicken
Rating:
I wish I had read the reviews before trying this recipe. I just made this dish exactly the way the recipe says and felt that the chicken was still missing some flavor. The olive oil kinda drowns out the other seasonings that I added to the chicken. Since I cooked this meal for me and my husband's lunch tomorrow, I'm gonna add a little chicken broth and margarine to our lunch plates to see if when we reheat the chicken tomorrow, whether or not it will help with the taste. I know next time to read the reviews before trying a recipe.
