I make this the day before in a dutch oven and refrigerate overnight. Then just pop in a 200 degree oven on a busy day. Bake 4-6 hours. It comes out very good. I add more Italian seasoning in the sauce mixture along with some crushed garlic. Leftovers reheat well.

Green Chile Cornbread
This is really good. Second time around I added some grated cheddar cheese. My husband liked it. I divide the can of chiles and freeze what is left for the next time.

Cajun Sausage and Rice
Dish does not have a good presentation. Looks unappealing. My husband would not even try it. I ate mine but does not taste Cajun. Tastes like Mexican food with black eyed peas. Odd combo with the sausage. Not a keeper.
