"I am in charge of making birthday cakes at work. I made this cake and it was a HUGH hit. I read some of the alternatives that other people have made and they sound incredible as well. This cake was so easy and makes for a wonderful presentation. The cake/ice cream combination was very tasty. A definite repeat worthy recipe!"
