White and Green Beans
I'm looking forward to trying this. I wonder about the serving size, though. Based on the ingredients, this recipe could easily yield 6 to 8 side-dish servings. If you have made this, did you have a lot left over?

Slow Cooker Pork Chops with Cheesy Corn Bread Stuffing
I prepared this recipe exactly as written. The chops were dry which surprised me. We didn't care much for the stuffing. The texture was very thick and needed gravy but I didn't have any. If I ever attempt this recipe again, I'll have to make some changes.

Grilled Hamburger Steaks with Roasted Onions
This was a good and easy dinner. It's below freezing outside today so I had to make this on my stove top which meant I'd have to improvise. First, using a fork, I mixed the ground beef with 1/2 of the onion soup mix and the 2 Tbsp. steak sauce. I let the meat mixture rest while I sliced the onions. Next, I set the skillet on the burner to heat while I formed 4 beef patties. I cooked the patties in heated skillet then removed them and kept warm. After wiping most, but not all, of the fat from the skillet I added the onions, the remaining onion soup mix, and the balsamic vinegar. I cooked and stirred until onions were well coated, browned and softened. We enjoyed this dinner and will make it again.

These potatoes are easy and delicious. I served them with Slow Cooker Smothered Swiss Steak (Betty Crocker recipe).

Slow Cooker Smothered Swiss Steak
This was great! I used cube (i.e. pre-tenderized) steak; served with Parsley Potatoes (Betty Crocker recipe) and canned spinach. Yum!

Grilled Steak with Balsamic Teriyaki Sauce
Excellent recipe. I made this for dinner last night. My sauce didn't thicken and I can't figure out why. It was still delicious, though. I served this with baked potatoes and whole green beans.

Honey Dijon Pork Tenderloin with Asparagus
I haven't made this recipe yet but it sounds easy and delicious.
@cpl49 - I happen to have a program on my computer that allows me to calculate the nutrition content in my recipes. I don't guarantee 100% accuracy but it should be close enough. One serving from this recipe (without the pecans) contains:

Saturated fat 1.2 g

Sodium 572.4 mg
Total Carbohydrates 33.3 g
Dietary Fiber 3 g
