Mantastic Fried Chicken and Waffle Sandwich
Made a quicker variation using leftover pumpkin waffles warmed in the toaster, Sliced Deli Rotisserie turkey, Havarti Cheese, lettuce tomato a thin slice of cranberry sauce and (workday version) maple mustard mayo. (2TBSP grade B Maple Syrup, 2 TBSP Mayo (or salad dressing) 1TSP spicy brown mustard mixed thoroughly. Spread mayo on warm waffles, stack the rest on spreading more mayo between layers. Enjoy. This recipe was the inspiration for that.

Gravy Pork Chops with Stuffing Biscuits
Being a "kick it up" kinda cook, I added a quarter of a cup of Parmesan cheese to the biscuit mix and seasoned the chops with salt and pepper and a touch of garlic powder. I too didn't have any pork gravy so I substituted a can of Campbells cream of onion soup and a quarter cup of water and putting that in the glass dish before adding the stuffing biscuit topped chops. Used a bag of Birdsey Steamed Mixed vegetables on the side covered all with the gravy from the pan. Needed NO seasoning and was lick the plate yummy. Wondering how Apricot Almond biscuits over chicken breasts will be? I'll keep you posted.
