"I just made my niece a cake for her 7th birthday using this product. The cake used in a 9x9 pan, was a little thinner than i was wanting, so i made 2 layers(in the future i will make a double batch)poked holes in it and then drenched it in caramel topping, covered it with coolwhip & topped it with chopped up toffee candy bar. EVERYBODY loved it and she was thrilled to have a delicious, "regular" GF cake. THANK YOU so much for making the cake makers job so easy:) all of your GF products are wonderful!!"
