Looking for penuche recipe
"Penuche 1956 BC cookbook pg 183 Combine in saucepan : 2 cups brown sugar,packed 1 cup sugar 1 cup cream 2Tbls. light corn syrup 1/4 teas. salt Stir over med. heat to dissolve sugar.cook to 234°or until a little dropped in cold watr forms a soft ball."

What makes your Macaroni and Cheese special?
"I always use evaporated milk with two types of cheddar extra sharp and seriously sharp cheddar with lots of stewed tomatoes .My grandmothers old recipes Im told its two die for oh and use casserole elbows or large elbow noodles."
