Baked Chicken Dijon
I never like peppers that aren't well cooked, so try sauteing the onions and pepper a few minutes in some butter or olive oil until soft. Also, if you like Curry, just 1/4 of a tsp and a little sour cream will make this luscious.

Slow-Cooker Buffalo Chicken Wraps
I love this, but have an even FASTER method. When I am late for work and have just minutes to make dinner, I stop by the store and buy one of those rotisserie chickens. You can pull the chicken off of the bone, shred it and then heat up the buffalo sauce in the microwave. Your chicken is ready and you just proceed with the lettuce and dressing. We also have blue cheese available for authentic wing taste. Honestly, even with running in to the store, I can have this ready in 20 minutes.

Slow-Cooker Cheesy Potato Soup
To jbrd78 and Coloradosong. I agree with both of you... First - jbrd78- you are so right. It is so nice to actually have a nice meal ready to go when you get home after a long day and to be able to have your family all together to eat something great... To Coloradosong - OK, I never use frozen onions or hashed browns - so, I just modify this recipe to use diced fresh potatoes and chopped fresh onion. No big deal. The recipe still works great... Maybe you should try it that way. Crockpots are great for busy families...

I forgot to mention that I served this over rice. For SMK Morris, try layering in frozen green beans and then adding the chicken and sauce. It would also be great over rice.

Made this for my family this weekend and it was a big hit. I did make some changes... I used fresh brocolli and just steamed it slightly before layering in the pan. I also agreed with Shadow237 that it needed something, so I added 1 tsp of Curry powder and 1/4 cup of sour cream. That really did the trick. I also used seasoned bread crumbs (because that's what I had). My family loved it!! Said it was a definate keeper. Try this with the Curry - it really adds just that little something that makes this dish delectable....

White Chocolate Macaroon Cookies
Oh my goodness. This is like a cloud of Heaven. So light, yet so yummy. I loved the coconut flavor coupled with the white chocolate. These are dangerously delicious for me. I will not tell you how many I ate last night - blew my diet... Oh well, it was worth it. Definately going in the recipe box. These would be great for Bridal Shower cookies....

Spumoni Chunk Cookies
These were a big favorite of mine. I loved the dried cherry, pistachio and chocolate chip combination. Wouldn't change a thing. Will definately make these again...

Red Velvet Rich and Creamy Cookies
Really rich and yummy. My daughter really liked them even without the frosting... I added the red food coloring to the wet ingredients before mixing with the dry. This made mixing a breeze. I used my Kitchen Aide mixer because the batter is really thick and would be hard to mix by hand... Definate winner...

Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies
I took the advice of several others and cut the mint extract by half. Also, I used milk chocolate and the andes chips. These were a big hit at my office. Kind of along the same taste line as Girl Scout thin mints without the crunch...

Dark Chocolate Apricot Cookies
Delicious cookies. The dark chocolate coupled with the tangy apricot was a real winner. I made a bunch of different recipes from Betty Crocker and made cookie platters as gifts. All were great, but this one was a favorite for several of my coworkers.
