"I have been making corned beef and cabbage for St. Patrick''s Day for years. I tried this recipe this year becuase I had yet to find the perfect way to make it. I found it in this recipe! The flavor was fantastic! The only problem that I had was that I didn''t have room in the pot to cook the cabbage. I ended up using some of the juices and some plain watter to boil the cabbage. The beef was tender and delicious!"

"I love these! I have made them often to entertain. I was always afraid to use this kind of dough technique until I found this recipe and now I feel like I make them all of the time. I have tried to freeze them and they are fine, but I really like them fresh out of the oven."

"I love this recipe! My mom made these when I was little and they are just great. I like to make them ahead and freeze them. That way I can just pull them out and put them right in the oven when I need them."
