"This recipe reminded me of chile rellenos. I doubled the recipe and baked it in a 9" x 13" pan. It's excellent served with homemade salsa and sour cream. My family and friends loved it, so I'll definitely be making it again!! :0)"

"If you want to make a tasty dessert without spending too much time in the kitchen, try this recipe. Though the recipe title says 'cheesecake', it tastes more like pumpkin pie without the crust. I followed the recipe but did a few things differently: I added pumpkin pie mix instead of canned pumpkin, added a little more Bisquick mix and baked the dessert in an oblong 7 X 11 glass Pyrex baking dish. It's delicious topped with vanilla ice cream. My family loved it! I will definitely make this again! "

"I added fresh garlic and onions while browning the ground beef, doubled the meat/sauce mixture and cheeses. I increased the batter mixture by 1 1/2 times the amount called for in the recipe. I baked the food in a 9" X 13" glass baking dish rather than a 9" pie plate. My family really enjoyed it. I will definitely make this again. "

"I substituted a can of diced green chilies for the black olives, doubled everything else in the recipe and baked it in a 9" X 13" glass baking dish. My family loved it!! Excellent recipe!! :0)"

"I made this quick and easy peach cobbler today... and my family loved it!! It reminded me of the peach cobbler I made back in IL several years ago. The topping was flaky and the peach mixture was delicious. I added about a 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla to the batter. I also added an 2 extra tablespoons of sugar and about 1 tablespoon of orange juice to the peach mixture before cooking it. It turned out excellent!! I'll definitely make it again!! :0)"
